Harry Kane

Tottenham and England national team striker, Harry Kane keeps impressing everyone. The 24-year old footballer made his debut for Tottenham Hotspur FC the 25th of August 2011, and has become one of the most important players both for his club and the national team since then.

Childhood

Harry Kane was born on the 28th of July in 1993 to Kim and Pat Kane, in Chingford. He attended the Chingford Foundation School, where he also met his wife to be, Katie Goodland. Harry Kane started playing for a local club called Ridgeway Rovers, but as his talent was noticed, he moved on to join the Arsenal youth Academy at age 8. He was however released after just one year, something Arsene Wenger later has stated was a big loss for the club. Harry Kane returned to his old club, Ridgeway Rovers, but soon joined the youth academy of Watford. He spent two months at Watford, before finally joining the youth academy of Tottenham Hotspur, where he spent his next 5 years.

Early Career

In July 2010, Harry Kane signed his first professional contract with Tottenham Hotspur. Before getting established on the first team, he moved to Leyton Orient for the 2010-11 season on a loan. After ending the loan to Leyton Orient, he got his debut for Tottenham on the 25th of August 2011. He scored his first goal for the club on 15th of December the same year. Some days later, Harry joined Millwall on loan until the end of the season. Harry Kane also joined Norwich City and Leicester City on loans in 2012-2013.

Breakthrough

Harry Kane returned for good to White Heart Lane for the 2013-2014 season. He appeared in 10 games and scored 3 goals. It was however in the following season his career really took off, appearing in 34 games and scoring 21 goals. He has ever since been one of the top scorers and among the most valuable players in Premier League. He has won the Golden Boot twice, is a regular starter for the national team and has been captaining Tottenham since 2016.
